Sometimes you just need someone with superior knowledge in a variety of fields to help you accomplish your goals. Ramsey Marcello is undoubtedly that person. From his beginnings as an attorney to his current position as Chief Executive Officer at Southern Coast Wealth Advisors, Ramsey knows the ins and outs of not only the wealth management industry, but the laws and regulations governing it. As an additional professional challenge, Mr. Marcello decided to obtain his real estate license to expand his abilities to help others become financially secure. 

Born and raised in New Orleans, Ramsey Marcello is no stranger to the area. Growing up locally allowed him to explore every nook and cranny, giving him an intimate knowledge of the city that many others cannot boast. After graduating from Isidore Newman High School, Ramsey double majored in Economics and Organizational Development and graduated with his Bachelor of Science degree from Vanderbilt University in 2004. 

Ramsey wanted to expand his horizons which resulted in a move to Washington D.C. to work for a prestigious law firm, Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, that handled cases all over the world. Diving headfirst into research, interviews, and working closely with more seasoned attorneys, Ramsey knew he wanted to pursue a career in law. The decision brought him back to his hometown where he obtained his Juris Doctor and a certificate in Maritime Law from Tulane University. 

Mr. Marcello spent the next several years using his background in law to provide financial planning advice, estate planning, insurance solutions, and investment advice to both individuals and corporations to help his clients further their goals and achieve financial success. In 2018, Mr. Marcello founded Southern Coast Wealth Advisors in New Orleans where it serves as a culmination of his efforts to help those within his community make informed decisions and improve their financial outlooks. 

In addition to his responsibilities concerning wealth management and investments, Ramsey spent the better part of the last decade working with clients to discover their perfect home. In 2011, Mr. Marcello became a licensed realtor and continues to help his clients discover the hidden gems in New Orleans, the best areas for investment properties, and a place his clients can call home for years to come. His background as an attorney, his unparalleled knowledge of the finance and investment industry, as well as his deep understanding of the community after growing up there, prove Mr. Marcello is uniquely suited to helping clients find exactly what they are looking for without the hassle of finding multiple experts. Ramsey Marcello is, after all, an expert in all of these areas.

It comes as no surprise that this New Orleans native is deeply involved in his community. Ramsey Marcello currently sits on the board for various organizations making positive change within the community, including the Isidore Newman Alumni Association, the Irish Channel Neighborhood Association, and the Forum for Equality Foundation.
